  6. LiveMon and its affiliates (“we”, “our”, “us”) commit to taking reasonable measures to protect and respect the personal information and privacy of the user. This policy, our terms of use and any other documentation referred to within this policy provide details of the information that the user may provide to us, or that we may collect from the user, including how we may store this personal data. Any such information may be provided by the user or collected by us when the user connects to or uses any of our sites, products or applications.

    We may make modifications to this policy at any time by updating this page, accessible via the site. Where appropriate, the user may be notified of these changes by email. However, it is the user’s responsibility to frequently review this policy to note any updates or modifications.

  7. Where We Store User Information
  8. LiveMon is an international organization. The information provided to us by the user or collected by us may be transferred to, and stored at a location different to the country in which the information was provided or collects.

    Information provided to us may be stored on our own servers or those of our third-party service providers. In areas of the site, service and technology where the user is required to submit or is provided with a password to access specific sections of such areas, the user is responsible for: (i) keeping this password confidential and (ii) not sharing this password with anyone.

    The information of the user may be processed by employees of LiveMon, or the employees of our suppliers, at any of our, or their, global locations. These employees may be engaged in the processing of the user’s payment details, the provision of support services or the fulfillment on the user’s order, among other things.

  9. LiveMon Product
  10. Users may use our product to collect information that is or could be sensitive or personal. LiveMon may have no direct relationship with those whose personal information is processed by our product on behalf of our users. Any individual who wishes to correct, amend or delete inaccurate data under the control of a LiveMon user should communicate directly with our user to resolve such an issue. LiveMon use and disclose such personal information as specified in the agreement(s) between us and our users and/or as required by regulation or law.

  11. Information We May Collect From User

LiveMon will collect information given or provided to us by the user, through forms on our mobile apps and/or websites, service subscriptions, community forums, training sessions and other forms that the user completes. We may also collect and store information given to us by a user via social media, attendance at our events or connecting with us via email, phone or otherwise. Information collected also includes those details provided to us by the user when purchasing our products, participating in forums and surveys, entering our competitions, and through our support channels. This information provided to us by the user could reasonable be used to personally identify the user, including but not limited to, name, email address, date of birth, company information and others.

    Personal information that may be collected when a user uses a LiveMon mobile app include:

    1. Location information. We may collect and process information about the user’s geographical location if the user operates any location-enabled services offered by LiveMon. In some cases the user will need to submit personal details to access the functionality of the service. The user will be asked to consent to their information being processed for the specific use;
    2. Device information. LiveMon may collect various details concerning the device being used. These include, where available, unique device identifiers, browser type, operating system, mobile network information and telephone number (if the device is a mobile device);
    3. Unique application numbers. A unique application number and other information such as those details mentioned in section (b) above, may be collected by LiveMon when a user installs or uninstalls an app which contains such a number, or when such a service performs a search for automatic updates.

    Personal information that may be collected when a user uses our websites include:
    1. Technical information. LiveMon may collect the IP (internet protocol) address, login credentials, browser type and version, browser plug-in types and versions, operating systems and platforms, and time zone settings of the user;
    2. Specific visit information. LiveMon may collect the complete URL (uniform resource locator) clickstream to, through and from our site, download errors, length of page visits, page response times, page interaction details (clicks, scrolls, hovers), methods used to exit the site and any contact information used to contact our support sites or centers;

    LiveMon may automatically collect personal information from those using our products. If using our software, we may collect such information as where and when the software has been used, web pages visited, visit length, which products are used and how frequently, interactions with user interface, the number of agents installed, application types being monitored and other information regarding your technological environment and the devices therein. If products purchased from us are used by a user to collect information about their customers, LiveMon will also receive such information.

    Our product is configured to collect metrics regarding performance of servers, databases, applications and logs, as well as their components and all interacting infrastructure under a LiveMon subscription.

    LiveMon may receive information concerning a user from our third-party affiliate, service providers, business partners, sub-contractors, analytics providers, credit reference agencies, resellers, and search information providers. The information collected may aid LiveMon in customizing the user’s experience within our products, sites and services, with personalized content. If the user connects to our product or site with social logins, LiveMon will be provided with access to certain details the user has provided within the social logins, and may use, store and disclose such information in accordance with this privacy policy. Please note that the manner in which personal information of a user is stored, used and disclosed is determined by the policies of such third parties and LiveMon have no responsibility or liability for the security and privacy processes of any such parties.

  13. How We Use User Information
  14. LiveMon may use the personal information held about users to:

    1. Execute obligations arising from any agreements or contracts agreed to by LiveMon and user, and to provide the user with any services, products and information requested;
    2. Respond to queries, requests, comments, reviews and questions from the user, concerning our products, services, content, technology and any other LiveMon materials;
    3. Provide the user with information concerning our products, services, content, technoglogy and any other LiveMon materials;
    4. Notify the user of any changes, modifications or updates to our products, services and company, including changes to our terms of use and this privacy policy;
    5. Help in keeping our site, service, products and user data safe and secure;
    6. Provide the user with suggestions and recommendations about our products or site that may be of interest to the user;
    7. Make improvements and modifications to our content so that it is presented in a manner most effective for the user’s device;

If the user wishes to remove cookies, cookie preferences can be manually configured within the relevant browser’s settings.   17. Marketing To The User
  18. We may use information held about the user to provide him/her with information about products or regarding services we feel may be of interest. This may be carried out by contacting the user by phone or by e-mail. If the user does not want LiveMon to use his/her information this way, the user can opt out of receiving promotional emails from LiveMon by following the instructions in those emails or by going to support page. If the user opts out, we may still send non-promotional emails, such as those about the user’s account or our ongoing business relations.

  19. Aggregated Information
  20. LiveMon strive to better understand and serve the users of our products and sites. For this reason, we may often conduct surveys and research focused on customer interest, demographic and behavior based on the personal user data provided to us or collected by us. This data and any research results will be aggregated, and LiveMon may share it amongst our agents, business partners and affiliates. Any aggregated information shared will not identify the user personally.

    LiveMon may also disclose, for other lawful purposes, any aggregated user data to aid efforts to present our business and products to current and prospective business partners.

  21. Disclosure Of User Information
  22. The user’s personal information will never be sold by LiveMon for marketing purposes. However, LiveMon may share personal information of the user with any of our affiliates if such sharing is necessary for legitimate business purposes of the company receiving the information, and of the company disclosing the information.

    1. Our affiliates, suppliers, resellers, business partners and sub-contractors for the execution of any contract we enter into with them or the user. LiveMon strive to provide the affiliates with the minimum information required for the relevant party to perform their specific function when employing another company;
    2. Analytics and search engine providers who assist LiveMon in the improvement, modification and optimization of our site and service;
    3. Partners and service providers who aid us in providing our products to our users, and with whom we have a specific, business-based, strategic relationship. These companies are obligated to protect the personal information of LiveMon users and may publish privacy policies of their own on their relevant sites.     Please do not send us any personal or potentially sensitive information directly via email or through our products. This includes passwords/authentication/authorization credentials, payment details such as credit card numbers, other financial information, health information, social security and passport details, political documents or opinions, criminal background records, trade union membership details, driver’s license documentation, and religious beliefs among others.
